Hi.  I'd like to lever my meager knowledge of MM Fireworks to replace my text banner w/ an attractive image, or similarly, leave the text banner in place but place a colorful image behind the calendar in the top right quadrant.  

What I don't understand are issues like using layers in MT, calling the image in the index template, loading the image to what directory on the server, and canvas size/resolution and other parameters of the image.  Can you help me?  Many thanks in advance.
