Ever since I upgraded to 3.15 (from 3.11) none of my new comments get emailed to me. Nothing appeared to change in my configuration. What happened?

There is a bug in 3.15 that is preventing some users from receiving notification of new comments. It has been fixed in the next release.
In the meantime, if you would like to still receive notifications, you can install MT-Blacklis and select "Use MT-Blacklist notifications" under configuration.
