MT doesn't really do yearly archiving--but if you say that you've seen this around, then hopefully someone who runs one of those sites will see this thread.

Hi! This might be a very simple thing to do, but for the life of me, I haven't figured out what codes to use for various archiving types.

I want to be able to put a list of my archives, one page for each year. Then, one page for each month.

Example:

archives.html (all current year entries)

22 May 2002
12 March 2002
13 Feb 2002
etc.

Then, there would be a link to previous years' entries.

So, in the year 2001 page, I would be able to list all 2001 entries only. The same with year 2000 page, etc.

Is this possible or is it too much to ask for?

I've seen other journals (MT powered) with this type of archiving, but I don't know how to do it myself.
