This is frustrating. I'm using the RSS 1.0 template from MT. I have the encoding set as follows:

However, the RSS feed doesn't seem to be working and when I run it through FEEDVALIDATOR.ORG, I get an error, and it seems to be reading the encoding as follows:



There's nothing there. Like it's not passing through that particular variable. And when I hard-code in the encoding details, I get the same error message.

The primary error from FEEDVALIDATOR is:

"Your feed appears to be encoded as "UTF-8", but your server is reporting "US-ASCII""

Is this a server problem?
