I deleted the only blog in my MT3.2 installation.
MT allowed me to do this.
Now I can no longer access the 'Weblogs' page to create a new weblog.
When I attempt to do so I receive the error "Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at lib/MT/App/CMS.pm line 709"

Ideas anyone ?
