Yes, it does look like it's not finding mt-db-pass.cgi correctly. Are you sure you upgraded to the latest version of mt.cgi?

Trying many different things (two accounts and both localhost and the specified server IP and DBHost defined in mt.cfg) I am still having no luck getting into mt.cgi.  The conversion went off without a hitch, and looking at the db everything appears to have xfer'd correctly.  What could be wrong?  I have my installation setup to run from a subdomain but even referencing to it as a normal directory it still doesn't work.  It's as if it's not even bothering to use the mt-db-pass.cgi file.



Any solutions?

I cleared out all the cgi files again and replaced them with the upgraded ones and now it works.  Who knows why it didn't work the first time through.  Thanks for the help.
