Full Version: Is Mt Crashing The Server?

I run a small web hosting server and a couple of users have upgraded to the new version of MT. In the last couple of weeks the server has started to crash and it hasn't been the usual spam attacks that have crashed it. I monitor the load on the server every couple of minutes and whatever the cause is, it must be sending the CPU utilisation through the roof in less than that time. For the last few crashes I've been going through the apache error logs and immediately before every crash I find this :

Is there a bug in MT that's crashing my server?

Is there a bug in MT that's crashing my server?

That's not causing the problem. You might want to let them know that their plugin needs to be reinstalled though. I'm running that under 3.2 and have no errors in my logs.
