How would I fix this? It shows this whenever someone submits a comment, but it goes through anyways :\

That looks like an error generated via the Dynamic Pages Error Template. It's possible that this is being displayed when another error from the server would be more appropriate, such as a 500 Internal Server Error. Are there any errors being logged in the server error logs when commenting?

I'm sorry ^^; what did you mean by server error logs?

Server error logs are logs kept on the server, they report detail about errors encountered accessing files, etc. If you're unsure of where to locate these, or if you can access them, you will need to check with your webhost.
