first off, here is my site Kobayashi 5. If you view it in Mozilla, Opera, and Safari, the banner is properly placed in between the top and bottom black bars with no spacing inbetween.
HOWEVER, in Internet Explorer there is a small gap between the bottom of the banner image and the bottom black bar. i can't seem to make this gap go away.
any suggestions??? Please!!!
