I'm not sure if it's possible, but is it possible to monitor the activily log in real time? I couldn't find it in a clear text file anywere, so I was wondering if maybe it's embedded in SQL or something.
it would be cool if a pop up window could be used to monitor it.

The activity log is stored in the mt_log table. It is fairly trivial to write a script or use MTSQL to spit out the last n lines into your blog or wherever you want.

Trivial for some I'm sure, not me though
So it would easy to have something just spit it out into a generic text file? Could it run automagically? or would it have to be cron'd?
