Check that you've uploaded the contents of the mt-static folder in the distribution to your StaticWebPath folder, specifically all the js files as that's where the buttons get their actions from.
More InformationWell, I did all that and still no change. So I tried a new MT 3.2 installation and it does the same thing. Very puzzling indeed. I checked the error I'm getting in IE6 and here is what it is:
