Beginning last week, I began receiving Internal Server errors all of a sudden. My error log states Premature end of script headers for mt.cgi. I have checked with my server and no changes have been made. I have reinstalled MT 3.2 and I have checked permissions, paths to perl, disabled plugins, returned templates to the MT defaults, searched this forum throughly, pretty much everything.

I am using MT 3.2 with MySQL databases. I have a few blogs and am only experiencing the rebuild problem on the 2 blogs with the most entries. Indexes and Individual Archives rebuild with no errors. The errors only occur when rebuilding the category templates and it seems that about half of the categories are rebuilding before the internal server error appears. Everything was working correctly until about a week ago.

I have noticed that if I re-save a single entry that appears in one of the non-building categories and then rebuild categories again, then that category rebuilds properly (though I still receive the internal server error because many of the other categories aren't rebuilding). However, rebuilding all individual entries at once does not have the same effect.

I am completely stumped and appreciate any help. Thanks!

I'm still experiencing these problems with no hint of how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
