I'm using Yahoo Business MT and I've also added the new patch that was mentioned elsewhere (to fix it so i can set my templates to actually index when new entries come in, so I'm now ready to go with finishing my blog.

The only problem now is that I get a 404 error when I click the permalink. Ontop of that, I also get an error when I try to look at a monthly archive (but the initial archive page works fine).

I don't know what went wrong, but there aren't even folders being made for the monthly archive, either.

before i would at least get a directory when I tried website.com/blog/year/month. now it's just a 404 error.

my permalinks should link like "website.com/blog/2006/01/hello_world.php" but they don't.

i'm totally confused as to where the entries i'm making are even saving now. I checked my entire website and I can't find the damn things! Help!

It's possible that your templates got set to be Dynamic instead of Static. This thread talks about that and how to change it back:
