I have whipped up a Live Comment Previewing system for my MT powered blog that I thought I would share. There is another similar system that uses AJAX that inspired me to make one that uses DHTML instead. The DHTML avoids some of the issues that the AJAX one had since it doesn't communicate with the server. I have included a sample for others wanting to add a similar feature to their blogs on my blog. It should be a whole lot easier to understand and implement than my previous MT powered gallery hack.

Cool. smile.gif I'm currently using this Live Comment Preview. I like how your method shows the date in the preview.

Yeah I wanted it to make a nearly perfect preview of the comment. The only difference between the preview on my blog and the actually comment is if they are using TypeKey it shows that little TypeKey icon in the real preview. The demo version is actually based off of the default MT 3.2 template so it should be very simple to drop into place if you are using the default template. In fact I think I will whip up a replacement for the original template that includes this.
