This is the second time I encountered this problem. :-( Suddenly I can't seem to get into my blogs. The page gives me a "500 Internal Server Error." How can I solve this without having to reinstall everything? Could I just re-upload some pages or have MT do this? I paid for an installation as I'm not very knowledgeable so I'd love for MT to solve this (and I would of course pay for this!).Would that be possible? Or do I need to do this myself?

Firstly, if you have purchased a Movable Type license, you should open a Help Ticket to address this issue. This forum is primiarly for unsupported users.

In any case, you're going to need to be much more specific about the problem you're having. Where are you seeing this error? Is it trying to login to Movable Type, or viewing your weblog pages?

Have you checked your server error log for more information about the error?

I'm sorry, I only realized after posting this that I could open a ticket.

My website is running fine, it's the log-in page that has the internal error message. So I can't get into my blogs to make entries (or do whatever I want).

Sorry for being so stupid; but where can I check the error log?
