I've created a custom template using my own CSS file. But the css files does not appear in the list of files in the "Templates" screen.

Is there any ways to add my CSS file to the Templates screen?
I'd like to be able to edit it using Movable Type.

You'll need to set up a new Index Template, give it a filename and then copy and paste your new CSS into it. Save it and rebuild.

Then it'll be stored in your database with your other templates.
