hey folks

so, I'm still learning css (and thanks to past reponses to posts here have learned alot- thanks guys and gals!) but one thing is unclear to me.

I'm tweaking the standard vicksburg theme, and have already figured out 3 column layours, adding the sidebar columns to archive pages, etc.

what I am unclear on is how (if at all) one could use artwork in the headers for the various "modules". For example, perhaps creating some artwork with a nonstandard font no one has, instead of just generating it in css like it does now.

does this make sense?

Where your template has things like:
CODE
<h2 class="module-header">Search</h2>
...
<h2 class="module-header">Categories</h2>

You would substitute the "Search" or "Categories" with your image. If you want to change the font to one that is likely to be installed on the reader's computer, you would edit the stylesheet and change the "module-header" style.

Hope that helps! smile.gif
