We got rid of trackbacks due to spam, but with our old trackbacks we had we're stilling getting hammered with spam. How do we get rid of our old trackbacks so we stop getting spammed.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "our old trackbacks are getting hammered by spam". If you'd like to, you could just rename mt-tb.cgi to something else and then the spammers won't be able to find it. If you're running 3.2, you could use the System Shortcuts > Settings > Disable TrackBacks.
