My host, Totalchoice Hosting, recently had a server failure. My site had to be restored. They forgot to load the Image Magick module until I reminded them. After they installed it, I can no longer use my photoblog. Each entry is made using Image Magick. Now, when I attempt to make an entry or rebuild my photo files, I get the 500 Internal Server error. My host says it's not their problem because they have acknowledged that the Image Magick module is installed with no missing files. My system also acknowledges the installation. They also said that they installed the Perl module as well. I can still use my main blog, but cannot use the photo-blog. I was using it just fine hours before their hard-drive crashed. I tend to think that the problem must be on the server. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can ask them to do? Do you think it would benefit me to have them move my site to another server to see if it works on that server? Has anyone encountered this problem recently? Incidentally, I am using version 3.2 of MT quite successfully since Dec. Any ideas would be appreciated. Sandy

P.S. Just thought I'd make a note in case this happens to anyone else. The host FINALLY acknowledged that the problem could be on their server. It took a couple of days, but the technician re-installed Image Magick and what do you know.....everything works again. I'm a bit annoyed at them, however, because they kept saying that IM was installed just fine, and it had to be my MT installation. They urged me to reinstall, etc. I kept persisting, however, and after they reinstalled IM on their server, my photoblog works perfectly.
