I've just upgraded to a clean copy of MT 3.32 using the excellent upgrade instructions at Learning Movable Type. I'm trying to streamline my site although I haven't noticed any problems.

Currently I have my templates set to rebuild mtview.php and mt-site.js with indexes. Do these need to be rebuilt with the indexes, or is it sufficient to rebuild them manually? After all, I don't expect the code in these files to change frequently.
