Full Version: Rss And Atom Convert Line Break Bug?

Twist
I may have found a bug in MT 3.31 that isn't listed in the changes fixed in version 3.32. A few post back I needed to disable the Convert Line Break option in a post and now it appears to be permanently disabled for the RSS and Atom feeds. The versions of the entries published on my site are fine with the paragraphs wrapped in p tags as they should be but the versions included in the feeds now lack the p tags. This may or may not be the cause of the issue but I haven't touched the feed templates and the issue started after the post that I disabled the Convert Line Breaks option on so that is all I can figure. I checked the XML files in a text editor and the p tags are missing from them even though they are showing up in the source of the XHTML version.

Anyone else ran into this issue? Anyone willing to test it out and see if they get similar behavior?

I upgraded to MT 3.32 and now the feeds are working when I can get it to rebuild (that's a new problem now).

Looking at my test atom feed, the <p> tags weren't in the feed before I did a test with Convert Line Breaks set to off.

Strangely, I haven't seen any complaints or questions about this before your post.
