I have a Windows 2003 server with several instances of the MT 3.31 engine installed one of my installs the one I use for testing reports thru mt-check reports that....

The other install of the engine on the same server reports.....

Your server does not have Image::Magick installed, or Image::Magick requires another module that is not installed. Image::Magick is optional; It is needed if you would like to be able to create thumbnails of uploaded images. Please consult the installation instructions for help in installing Image::Magick.

Any suggestions or tips to help me chase this down. I have reinstalled IM rebooted the server etc and the problem remains one instance works, one does not

In an attempt to forestall the pain brought on by the great groaning silence to my post, among the curious, I am happy to pass along the answer to my problem with ImageMagick. In the folder where ImageMagick is installed allow the iusr account to access for read access and all is well. On tightly locked down machines like ours access is limited and iuser has no need (had no need) to access that folder before.
