At me more than 20 000 posts and plug-ins very strongly load all server As a result we have such message " Out of memory during large request " It would be desirable that in MovableType was normal pagination on static Category and Date based archives

I don't understand why 6A doesn't make this a standard feature. It's so basic.

Pagination is also near the top of my list...

I normally show about 30 short entries on the homepage but when my users hit the previous button they get switched over to individual pages. Many users find this annoying...

I my ideal world I'd be able to paginate by N number of entries, by date category (month/week/year)....

Right now obviously I can show n entries in the index but not in archives and right now obviously I can have archives of month/week/year but I can't limit the entries on the homepage to a particular month/week/year....

Unfortunately pagination is not a default feature on MovableType as of now

However, as a MovableType Consultant i have experience paginating all sort of templates

nah, if you are interested i would like to check your weblog and optimize it for using less resources while keeping all the current facilities and setup you have

I will just optimize certain parameters so that your blog will not crash anymore
