Hey, guys.

I typed up an entry the other day, and went to post it, and got the following error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/mt/mt.cgi on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I tried to post something else and it worked fine. After that, I went back into my original post and tried to figure out of anything in the post was causing it. I narrowed it down to the word "set." If I spell it "s et" it's fine.

Does anyone know what this is all about, and how I can fix it?

Sounds like it might be mod_security on the server blocking you. Ask your host if they have that installed. You might also send along the content of the post and tell them what you had to do to make it go through. I can't think of any good reason just "set" should trigger a filter, but there might be more.

I'll contact my host, then, and relay the results.

Thank you!
