Does anyone have a good list of sites to submit rss feeds to?

I see so many out there that it makes me question their usefulness. I think that it may bring in some extra traffic, but might not do much for increasing your google rankings (SEO). Are those sites just using your content for your benefit?

Thus, far I am on feedburner but no others that I have voluntarily submitted to.

I wouldn't worry about submitting your feed to any sites, but if you're using FeedBurner there's a great feature called PingShot. Go to the Publicize tab and click on PingShot. You can publicize your feed to five default services, and select five more from a list.
