Recently, a problem has come up with the commenting system of my MT powered blog. When I put a comment or even try to preview it, without any warning or message the comment page redirects me to the root of the site instead of publishing the comment. However, if the name field of the comment is the same as the blog name, the comment gets published.
I used to have no problem with MT for years. I even checked all templates and settings and changed them to MT defaults. I also disabled all the plugins and upgraded my MT to v3.35. But it didn't help.
It's really weird that the system only accepts comments from users with a certain name. There is also no error log in the activity log. Please let me know how to get the problem fixed.
