just don't know where to post it.

after server upgrade (as they say from virtual hosting comany, everything should work ok) my MT is not working. they changed sql path, so did I in my config file. I can log in, I can write new entry, it shows at admin and also after rebuilding at my web, but it doesn't create individual file fot that. pressing the 'add comment' ends with error, that there is not that file in the server. in webserver errorlog:
[Wed May 02 16:55:43 2007] [error] [client 213.168.24.67] File does not exist: /data01/virt4074/domeenid/www.pilleriin.ee/htdocs/archives/003552.php, referer: http://www.pilleriin.ee/
(the blog by itself is down right now, there is jsut announcment, simple html)
I did upload all cgi-bin/lib catalogue again, nothing, still doesn't work.
the file formats are ok (unix), uploaded in ascii.
also as we have here some strange eastern-uropean characters, MT doesn't show them neiteher any more.

any ideas?
I'm so confused already..

I would be in their face in a MAJOR way as is their responsibility.

as I don't pay for this hosting (have a friend there wink.gif ) and they are quite busy with those upgrades at moment I don't want bother them a lot, they already did some things for me (it didn't work at all right after update). just wanted to know is there anything I could do by myself to fix it?
it seems like a thing I should fix by myself..

Not being a perl programmer and kinda simple, I would do a separate new install in another folder and get that working, or see if it does. Then switch over. But thats probably the hard way as it may be a simpe matter to discover what it is...

I have just one cgi-bin for script.
today I upgraded my MT. still the same situation. in admin it shows entries, after rebuilding indexes it shows at page, too - but doesn't create file for entry.

QUOTE
I upgraded mt

try this:
Go to edit;
click on an entry.
click on view entry
see what url and if you get the entry, I see you have the old style urls...anumber.php
Update, it looks like you have it ok now

it it doesn't show entries as individual arhchives after server upgrade.
the latest entry at my page is _after_ upgrade and clicking at it's name should open individual entry but it shows that this file doesn't excist.
the older ones are ok..

Going to your site I can access the files ok now....
