Without any known changes I cannot run mt/mt.cgi or mt/mt-check.cgi. All cgi scripts return error 500. I have searched the posts here and there are lots of 500 issues but none that I can see pertaining to me. I do not have cPanel, MYSQL has not been upgraded recently. It just stopped working. My host as far as I can tell is not having any issues.
Where can I view the error logs?
My blog is very new, basic install with the default scheme unchanged.

Hmm further trouble shooting reveals nothing in cgi-bin will load. .txt .jpg .html etc.. I will contact my host soonest.

Host had preformed "Some PHP Upgrades" now fixed. Consider this issue resolved.
