Full Version: Help! I Need To Recover My Mt Database!

Two years ago my MT 2.661 database (Berkely) became unresponsive. I flailed around for a while, but nothing I tried worked.

I started a new MT blog, and imported the important entries by hand from the old static HTML files. While this worked, it was a less than ideal solution. And I only imported a fraction of the overall files. Now I want to complete the project.

I'm BEGGING, PLEADING, GROVELING for some help to recover the database. There must be a way.

I've used MT-Medic to look at my settings, and though it can see all the blogs and it can see all the authors, it doesn't see any connections between them. Very frustrating. I suspect that if I could restore the connections, things would work. When I attempt to login to the MT install, it doesn't recognize any of the authors I attempt to use (even with known good passwords).

HELP!
