I just upgraded to MT4 and forgot to export back ups of my old Berkeley DB databases. Since MT4 doesn't support it, I set up mySQL... question is, how can I export/convert my old db files that are still on my server and import them into MT4?

What you can do is restore your installation to 3.3x, and then convert your Berkeley database to MySQL, and then upgrade.
