Okay, I've upgraded from MT3.2 to MT4. Things haven't been that smooth. After I upgraded the CSS seems to be all messed up. For some reason when I rebuild my site the index is looking for a css file /styles-site.css on the root of my site (http://www.gadgetninja.net/styles-site.css) After rebuilding my site the file doesn't appear to be there.

Any one seen this?
