I upgraded to MT4 and after successfully doing so, I decided to try try the only style that was MT4 compatible. Unfortunately, since installing the style, none of the JavaScript is now working. This includes the MT Dashboard, etc.

Is there a way to revert to the original styles and undo what I did?

Found what the issue was in this thread. It was a javascript issue.
