When I try to preview a post on 4.01, I get a "404 file not found" error on the file MT dynamically generates to preview the post. It looks like this:



However, as far as I can see, MT isn't actually supposed to generate that file.

When I check on the server, this file is correctly generated but obviously not called by MT4:



Could the MT team comment on this or anyone else who can repro?

I have the same exact problem. Everything worked fine in 4.0 before I upgraded to 4.01.

my problem is similar and it's described in this thread (which now I think I placed in a wrong section; at the beggining I thought it was a commenting issue, but it involves page generating instead). the error used to appear when clicking on a comment link in a published page - you get a 'not found' similar message. but with 4.01 it happens with post previews either. any help is desperately appreciated.

i have the problem and for the last 12 hours, I've been trying to figure it out.. infact, i cant even view a blog.... when i preview, attempt to view... 404 is what pops up.

frustrating.
