Although i really like MT4 there are two things that aren't included that -in my opinion- should be standard on every blogging package.
1. A gatekeeper. With that i mean a plugin that forces the user to type in a "secret word". For example the answer of a simple question or the word that is presented on a picture. It is simple, it keeps spammers at bay and is the perfect alternative for tiny blogs like mine where TypeKey is hardly an option.
2. I really do not understand why no one thought about upgrading the link button with an option to open the link to a new window. It would save me a lot of time going through HTML in order to the make necessary changes.
Apart from that, i love MT4. It looks great, it works really easy and the templates are really nice.

A CAPTCHA system? There's one built in. And it's pluggable, so you could even use a different one altogether. There's an example one for reCAPTCHA in the extras folder(though I think it's not quite ready for public use yet).
