I've been using MT4 since the beta, but a new wrinkle has popped up in the last week or so. Suddenly, all comments are going through unmoderated. I haven't made any changes to my settings, and just to be certain, I've set "Immediately approve comments from" to "No one", yet comments are still coming through without my approval.

Any idea what might be causing this? Should I reinstall MT 4 to be safe?
