I am using 4.1rc2-en.
This isn't your problem, but upgrade to the final release. Nobody's going to help you with a pre-release version.

I have created an 'about me' page. The filename is listed as about_me.php. In reality, MT has created about-me.php.
In order to 'solve' the problem, I copied the file and now have both names. I am unsure whether this 'feature' has been addresses, so I thought I'd post it here.
The filename you specify on the page creation screen is more like an entry's basename, and not always exactly what's going to come out when the file is actually written to disk. You need to look at your page template's archive mapping, and adjust as necessary.
