OK, Nevermind the question below -- you only get the menu when un-displayed widgets are available.

However, two other questions regarding the "blog stats" dashboard widget, specifically the comments pane:

- it seems that the natural order should be descdening here; why the change? (No big deal as I changed the template).
- sometimes no comments show up even when I know they are in the requisite time frame (and they do show in the animation up top, but the text doesn't).

Hi All,

I think I've had this problem since upgrading to 4.0 (I'm now at 4.1 MTOS), but never noticed it. I've had MT since 3.x (so it's been a complicated upgrade path).

My MT Dashboard doesn't show a pulldown menu allowing me to select the widgets to display. I've tried it under both Safari and FireFox, to no avail. I've got all possible user permissions -- I'm the administrator. No errors appear to be crop up when loading the page.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Andrew

I'd installed this too. And I have the same problem, the pulldown menu didn't display, so I deleted then installed MTP4.1. No more this problem.
