I've received a few, and I get email notifications to manage them. I can approve them via the links in the email, and then they appear connected to the relevant posts, but when I go to the trackback management screen, none are listed.

Running 4.01 and using TCode.

Edited to add: Oh, and I did go back to ensure that I was a blog administrator (for some reason I wasn't, even though I'm the only user of the install and had set up the blog), but that didn't help.
