I just installed MT 4.1 into a completely new directory, and into a completely empty mysql database.

This is a totally fresh installation of Movable Type in every possible way.

When I go to manage > entries, the entries listing screen is blank (I get the "No entries could be found. Create an entry now." message), even though from the Dashboard it says there are two entries in the system, theoretically correctly associated with the blog I created at installation.

I CAN however click on the Movable Type logo on the top of the screen and get a listing of these two entries.

This sounds like a bug to me.

An extremely frustrating bug, at that.

Any ideas?
