I had some minor issues with the upgrade, but seem to have resolved them.

However, I still have two issues with continue to plague me.

I did not copy every yearly folder over initially to the new build folder as recommended and, while my categories appear, I do not have a published date for everything I posted this year (I moved over the 2008 folder but this doesn't help the issue).

Also, and this may be part and parcel of the same issue, but I also get an error both when trying to republish an entry without a date, or even a new entry.

The error for the posted entry looks something like the following:

Publish error in template 'Category Archive': Error in <mt:Entries> tag: Error in <mt:DateHeader> tag: Error in <mt:EntryDate> tag: You used an MTEntryDate tag without a date context set up.

I also can't get any of the styles to properly apply. Anyone seen something similar and have some guidance? Thanks.
