Any way that I can add the power editing mode in MT 4.12?

Is there a new alternative or has it been completely discarded?

Also,

I used to be able to insert smileys in my entries from the toolbar, and the toolbar also had a hyperlink AND a remove hyperlink.

Anyway these features can be turned on or actvated?

Is there a reliable plugin that might help me??

In your entries listing, select whatever items you want, then use the "Batch edit entries" itemset action in the drop-down above.

I don't recall MT ever providing smilies by default. There have been plugins for that. I also have no recollection of a button to remove links.
