Hello all,

My site (www.ruminantrecords.com) isn't giving users the option of sigining in and posting comments. Rather than showing the link below each entry--Sign in to comment--the comment forms automatically show up. When you attempt to post a comment, you get an error that says you need to register--again, however, you're never given the option of signing in.

The include comment code is there, and I've added a link to the javascript.mjs file (Moveable Type apparently wasn't generating this).

Suggestions? Thanks very much,

James

funny, my site was doing the same thing. But now it gives people the option to comment if they register, but when they try to register, the capcha box is empty, so there's no letters for them to write in, so they can't register, so they can't comment.

well, at least one other person is having this problem

Thanks
Tom

If MT did not include the JavaScript then it does not think that the system has comments enabled / registration required etc.
