Hi, ever since upgrading to 4.12, all the posts on my blog now have odd-looking characters in place of apostrophes, quotes and hyphens. Here is an example.

“This is Not a Love Song,” by Nouvelle Vague, “Lemon Tree,” by Herb Alpert, “Dirty Little Secret” by Sarah McLachlan, “Strange Days,” by The Doors, and “Beloved” by Anoushka Shankar have all been, um, reconfigured by Thievery Corporation.

I have found that if I go to the entry on the admin page, all i have to do is hit "save" and all the bugs in that entry clear up. But the thought of having to do that to every entry (over 200) makes me sick to my stomach.

but I tried both fixes and neither have worked.

any suggestions?
