I'm upgrading a site from 3.2 to 4 which uses lots of custom fields.

Everything went fairly smoothly except that I can't Reorder custom fields. When I click on the Reorder Fields link I just get.... nothing. Did I accidently delete some widget I needed? Anyone have any ideas?
