I have errors on the above tables in mysql db and I was not able to repair with phpMyAdmin.

Is there anyway to rebuild these tables?? Or recreating them if I delete them??

Currently, I cant login to my MT 4.12 at all. My readers cant leave comments either.

The MYD files being referred to are the files that contain the database data. This is not an error you should be seeing, or ever want to see. It appears that you're missing three of the database files for some reason. if you have shell or FTP access you should go into the database directory and make sure the files are really there (or get someone from your host provider to do it for you). You might have to get your host provider to restore the database from a recent backup.
