I upgraded to MT 4.21 to be able to use community features. Everything is working fine, however, the upgrade process did not create few templates found in a "fresh" created community blog such as: "Create Entry", "Entry Form" and "Entry_response". If I create a new community blog, the templates are there. But the upgraded blog doesn't have them.
It is not possible to create those templates manually, because "Entry_response" is a system template (which is not possible to create a new one), and to be able to create the "Create Entry" template, you have to choose the correct template type from the list, which is also missing.
My question is: Is there anyway to create those template? May be with a conf. directive?
