I've looked at Multi Blog to add content from other blogs, but it seems that it only functions for blogs contained on the same system.

However, I'd like to be able to add entries from remote, external blogs. Is there a way to do so?

There is action streams http://www.movabletype.org/cgi-bin/mt/mt-q...IncludeBlogs=32

Cross poster works the other way, pushing posts out to other blogs.
