Hi,

Please forgive me if this is a dumb question, I'm new to MovableType.

I'm trying to install the CustomFields plugin:
http://plugins.movalog.com/customfields/install/

And I put all the files in the right places, but when I go to mt.cgi, I'm not prompted to install CustomFields. Any troubleshooting tips? I have no idea how to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

That is an old beta version, custom fields is now part of the MT Pro package which can be downloaded from http://www.movabletype.com/download/compare-products.html

Ooh, thank you so much, I had no idea! So I went to Preferences and found Custom Fields and was able to create some. Thank you so much for your help!!
