How difficult would it be to design a job board plugin for Movable Type? There is one available for WordPress: JobPress http://www.dailywp.com/jobpress-wordpress-theme/

The plugin seems pretty good, but I have yet to hear back from their support team/developers regarding some of my other concerns.

What I think would really rock would be a job board integrating a payment system, job description, corporate logo, custom HTML/WYSIWYG (for the employer), and resume upload/search features.

I tried searching for a similar plugin for MT but had no luck. I've tried those PHP boards and I hate configuring them.
