Full Version: Is Number Of Entries That Can Be Scheduled Finite?

I have been in the process of turning 7 years worth of a twice-monthly advice column into a blog. One question and its answer from the column become one blog entry each day.

I have these entries scheduled far into the future, and I am also publishing entries daily from the set of scheduled entries.

I got up to about Feb. 1, 2010, in scheduled entries.

At that point, each time I have tried to save a subsequent entry, MT saves only a small portion of the entry -- a line or 2, or just a few words. I've tried it with several entries and multiple times.

Is there a limit to how many entries can be schedule for the future? In total I've scheduled and/or published more than 600 entries. Or could this be a disk-space issue with my hosting service?

I have about 36 more entries that I'd like to schedule to complete this project, but it seems MT will no longer save them in anywhere near their entirety.

If I keep publishing scheduled entries by hold off on scheduling new ones, will MT eventually let me save again?

Admittedly, entries into 2010 is a bit extreme, but that's just the nature of what I'm trying to do with this blog.

Anyone ever encountered an issue like this?

It might be a database size issue with your host.
